National Network
of Reservation
Services ( TNN ) is in the middle of its second decade, offering
quality service to the traveling public. We invite established
reservation services to consider applying for membership. Please read
the following which will help you understand the organization and
determine how it would be beneficial to your business.
As a member, you would be the
exclusive TNN representative in your geographic area. This is a great
benefit in networking and in the future, for selling your service.
Application for membership will be considered as long as there is not
a TNN reservation service agency currently serving your area. Please
consult the side bar to
determine this.
As a member of B & B:
The National
Network your agency will:

Receive referrals from other TNN
member agencies.

Be added to our newly expanded web
site. Your reservation service would have a page on this site and a link to
your own website. You may also contract and take advantage
of our hosting service for your web site.

Be identified as your area's TNN
representative in your promotional literature as well as TNN's.

Benefit from the sharing of
information among members. This is an outstanding networking
organization for the small business owner.

Attend the annual conference where
members keep abreast of the industry and become energized to be
leaders in the field.

Become an active participant in
projects that will promote the B & B industry, both through
education and awareness.

Requirements for TNN
Membership:
While it is important that your
agency meets all of the requirements, please feel free to question
whether your "individual style" might be interpreted as
fulfilling the spirit of the criteria.
Membership dues are determined at our annual conference. Currently the dues are $225.00.

incorporation papers or name registration showing date business
was started

Copy of current phone listing
in your local telephone directory (white or yellow pages)

Host criteria you use when
inspecting homes or any other printed materials you supply to
prospective hosts

Current brochure

Current directory (if
applicable), indicate price

Flyers or other marketing
materials used for promotion

Guest comment card

Reservation form
-
List of geographic areas
covered - please type on your letterhead a list of cities and
towns and the number of B&Bs represented in each, date this
document

Copy of host agreement or
contract
-
Office Policies - include hours
of operation, deposit and cancellation policies and after hours
procedure, i.e., voice mail or answering machine

"My bed & breakfast
reservation service fulfills the criteria set for B&B/The
National Network membership. Enclosed is my non-refundable application fee of
$75.00 and the documentation listed above. I understand that
applications will be reviewed by the Membership Committee and a
recommendation will be made. The entire membership will vote on the
application."
